• Membership becomes active on the date of purchase.
• Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

• Membership is available as an Annual Membership at $299 per year.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Annual Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

The gift card may be used personally or gifted to another individual.

• Member pricing applies only while your membership remains active and in good standing.
• Standard pricing will apply once a membership expires or is not renewed.
• Membership benefits and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, offers, or discounts unless otherwise specified by Casa Uma.

• All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Casa Uma’s standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to applicable fees and will not qualify for reallocation of membership benefits.

• Face BLD add-ons are available exclusively with 60- or 90-minute Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatments.
• Complimentary add-ons have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
• Unused Face BLD add-ons do not carry over into subsequent membership terms.

• The Complimentary Treatment Reward is earned after twelve (12) completed and paid 60 - or 90 - minutes appointments within the active membership period.
• Cancelled, missed, complimentary, promotional, or discounted treatments may not qualify toward the appointment count at Casa Uma’s discretion.
• The reward gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The reward must be issued while the membership is active and cannot be earned retroactively after membership expiry.

• Membership benefits are not applicable to To-Go Massage services.
• Discounts do not apply to gratuities or services provided by outside practitioners unless otherwise stated.
• Membership benefits may not be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases or services.

• Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or resold.
• Membership discounts and complimentary benefits are intended solely for the registered member, except for the Complimentary Treatment Reward gift card, which may be gifted to another person.

• Casa Uma reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, membership benefits, and program terms at any time. Members will be provided reasonable notice of any significant changes affecting their membership.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.
• Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term.
• Automatic renewal may be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.

• All membership benefits, discounts, and complimentary services must be used during the active membership term.
• Unused benefits expire at the end of the membership period and do not roll over into future terms.

• Casa Uma reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if benefits are misused or if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• All treatments and services remain subject to practitioner availability.
• Membership benefits have no cash value unless otherwise expressly stated.
